Dance Like Nobody’s Watching combines movement and mindfulness to help people decrease stress and increase the joy in their lives!
I’m Laura Kyswaty. I serve people who are feeling the stress of daily life: whether you are an individual dealing with your own day-to-day stresses, or a caring leader seeing the impact of stress in your workplace, you are open to creative ways to finding more joy and ease.
I’ve been a coach for more than two decades and I’m also a dancer, actor and director. In university I earned a degree in Dance Performance, and also studied Psychology. I’ve always been fascinated by human beings and what makes us tick, and I simply love to dance! I’m also on my own wellness journey. All of this led me to create Dance Like Nobody’s Watching.
